Challenge

The homeowner reported a roof leak.  Water penetrated the home and resulted in water and mold damage.  On-Site took on this challenge by removing all damaged materials as well as sanitizing the home of mold.

Solution

Mold remediation and materials tear-out began with installing containment to eliminate the possibility of mold spores spreading throughout the home. Paneling, drywall, sub-flooring, carpet, pad and installation were removed from the home.  Dehumidifiers and a Negative Air Fan/Air Scrubber was used to dry the area and remediate mold. The Air Scrubber serves as a filter to clean the air of mold spores that are harmful to breathe. A plant-based anti-microbial agent was also used to sanitize all affected areas. When the job was complete, the homeowner was extremely satisfied with On-Site’s work!
