Challenge
The homeowner reported a roof leak. Water infiltrated the home, causing water and mold damage. On-Site addressed the issue by removing all damaged materials and sanitizing the home to eliminate mold.
Solution
To begin the mold remediation process, we first installed containment to prevent mold spores from spreading throughout the home. We removed paneling, drywall, sub-flooring, carpet, pad, and insulation. Then, we used dehumidifiers and a Negative Air Fan/Air Scrubber to dry the area and treat the mold. The Air Scrubber acts as a filter to remove harmful mold spores from the air. We also used a plant-based antimicrobial agent to sanitize all affected areas. Once the job was finished, the homeowner was very pleased with On-Site’s work!
